Production Monitoring Support (W/M) - Lisboa

What are we looking for?
•    Experience in Application Support
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engineering or Management
•    2-3 years of overall professional experience in relevant area
•    Having some previous experience in HR/Finance is a plus.
•    Experience working in an international environment would be a plus

Essential specific requirements
•    Knowledge on IBM Mainframe is a plus 
•    Previous Banking experience is a plus
•    Previous experience on Production environment is a plus 
•    Language (oral & written skills): English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate), French (A1/A2 Level, CECRL certificate)
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
•    Excellent attention to details
•    Availability and customer orientation skills
•    Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast-changing and demanding environment;
•    At ease with multi-tasking
•    Strong analytical mind, problem-solving, planning & organization skills
•    Availability to travel abroad punctually
