WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• The support side on all applications on the perimeter
• Pro-active on incident – identify a definitive solution to solve recurrent incidents
• To have the technical and functional knowledge of their application
• Handle all projects on their application
• To automatize and continuously improve the procedures
• Documentations to do and keep updated
• Do regular meeting with their development team
• Follow-up and coordination of changes and technical operations (electrical shutdown, servers mode, etc.);
• Change management : applications and infrastructure ; This involves collaborating with different teams (development, technical teams as Systems engineers, Databases, network);
• Management of treatment scheduling;
• Participate in the resolution of production incidents and contribute in problem management;
• Document the components and operation of applications: software architecture, technical architecture, procedures, supervision needs;
• Manage backup data and ensure regular restoring tests;
• Monitoring application and infrastructure with efficient alerting system to guarantee SLAs with business line;
• Control load capacity for application ;
• Automatize and continuously improve the existing procedures
• Project management : define technical architecture for new applications using infrastructure standards and work with the developers team to build it.
