Manage the WSMS Backend Systems:
Configuration of processes for workshops
Maintain master data and system blueprint
Manage promotions and fleet conditions in the system
Extract, prepare and analyze data from the system, reports, analytics and provide to relevant stakeholders.
Responsible for change control board (CCB) approved local application change requests (CRs) as Product Owner in development process
Interface to local WSMS vendor organization and the internal Product Owner

requisitos/requirements
Computer Engineering or similar
Experience in automotive aftermarket workshop business
Good knowledge in data management and common sense in business controlling
Very good IT Key user knowledge, MS Navision preferred
Detailed working and high sense of quality
Enjoys working with IT and Data
Fluent English
Spanish would be an advantage.
