Our Product Owners

Product Owners embody the client within the agency and carry the vision of the project together with the team. Through requirements workshops, they figure out how to maximize the business value of the project. They create, prioritize, and refine the project's requirements through ongoing backlog grooming and are responsible for the product backlog. You will work closely with the client's stakeholders, the Technical Director and the team to accurately formulate requirements and prepare them for development.

In the project, they become a temporary industry expert. They know the client, their business model and their world equally well and are able to identify the most important goals and values of the project through tools of analysis and communication. They work closely with the client and show a willingness to travel and dynamism in return. And they always know where their project stands in terms of time and budget.
 

Our Tech Stack

We keep even the most volatile requirement sets clear and structured through tools like JIRA and Confluence. We are masters of visualizing complex processes and contexts to pick up and convince clients and the team. Our workshops are rich in output, fun and live up to their name. We give preference to German speakers, but it's not mandatory.

Our Workflow

We give you room for creativity. Make project or development recommendations, take your own initiative or assume responsibility. That’s how code libraries, new processes and a company spin-off in Portugal all came to be. Or the four-day work week, which some of us love. You can become the designer of your own agency if you use the freedom to fill this space.

We work in interdisciplinary Scrum and Kanban teams, which are always arranged based on the project and each have their own specific rooms. As a result, we are agile, flexible and facilitate the best solution, not the ego.
