Mission

We are looking to grow our PO team for a customer in the energy sector. This person will have the function of monitoring the execution of software projects, using Agile tools and SCRUM methodology.

You will spend your time describing EPICS, Features and User Stories and also building backlog, grooming and planning the sprints. You will be assigned to different software projects in which Outsystems or other rapid application development can be used.

Profile

• Academic background in IT engineering or similar.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner in a Agile environment (at least between 3-5 years).
• Experience with SCRUM ceremonies such as backlog management, planning sprints, grooming, sprint reviews, etc.
• Nice to have: experience in managing Outsystems or Microsoft Dynamics development projects and experience with CI/CD environments.
• Communications’ expert: prepare to deal with all kind of personalities and work cultures in super fluent written and spoken English (Shakespeare level).
