What you will be doing:

• Define the vision of the product, build the team to implement it, lead the team and deliver the goals
• Work with customers to understand and plan the needs of the product
• Set priorities for the team
• Work with the team to define KPIs, measure performance and ensure that they are capable of meeting them
• Continuously iterate the product, grow the team and improve the business performance
• Work with other Product Managers to ensure dependencies are understood and reflected on other backlogs
• Manage overall delivery plan and responsible for getting the team to the vision
• Influence DevOps culture into the team
• Work with the team to get CI/CD with full test automation.

What we are looking for:

• IT background
• Experience managing a cross functional team (that includes IT, marketing and business)
• Experience in working with DevOps teams that have build, launched and maintained products
• Leadership and motivation of end-to-end teams delivering business solutions based on technology
• Focus on Business Analytics and Product Analytics
• Understanding of Lean concepts
• Experience in Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills and detail planning
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.

What will be a plus:

• CMPO certification
• Experience and knowledge with Amazon Web Services
• Atlassian Stack  (Jira, Confluence).
