BySide is seeking a Product Owner

BySide has been providing digital marketing consultancy to global brands for over 12 years - and we keep growing. We help companies develop Lead Activation strategies, turning their traffic into loyal, happy customers. These strategies are supported by our own integrated digital marketing platform.

Our platform is directly integrated and used by several banks, some of the biggest world retailers, telecommunication companies and call centers around the globe. Managing BIG Data in Real Time, BySide currently handles more than 1 million calls and 5 million voice minutes per month, providing services such as click2call, call tracking, inbound calls, IVRs, etc.

We are looking for an product owner to become the voice of our customers and market, and work with the engineering team to turn the vision into product requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To achieve this you will need to:

• Work with Product Managers/Commercial teams to understand high level business requirements and to decompose these into detailed user story level requirements for implementation within Scrum teams

• Work with Design Teams to achieve the next UI and UX of new requirements

• Work with Agile scrum teams, participate in scrum ceremonies and be responsible for managing the backlog of work for the team to deliver products on time and on spec

• Work closely with Delivery Managers (DM) on the priority and requirements of technical maintenance work and ensure this work is given adequate time in the sprints

• Facilitate development teams’ understanding of business problems to be solved

• Validate requirements and demonstrate these on sprint demos

• Manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of at least 1 year as Product Owner;

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English;

• Curiosity and interest for innovation and technology;

• Ability to interact effectively with other teams and be a team player;

• Work in a modern agile software engineering environment.
