Product Owner (W/M) - Lisboa

What are you going to do?
•    Help to build the Product Backlog and is responsible of maximizing the value of the products and prioritizing work for an Agile team. Is responsible of the WHAT (definition) and WHEN (prioritization);
•    Articulate a clear product vision, side by side with Business and/or IT Sponsor,  that will be continuously implemented and delivered. The vision is aligned with the needs of stakeholders and the business;
•    Translates business needs in the form of Epics, Features and User Stories (US’s). Defines the acceptance criteria for the US’s and with the Dev Team the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready;
•    Works closely with the Tribe Lead & IT Tech Lead, and BA solving doubts and questions;
•    Support the PO, or act as, accepting/rejecting US or the whole Sprint;
•    Plan sprints and releases from an Agile perspective (that is, adaptable and prepared for change);
•    Cultural Mind Set for Testing -  Evidence. Lead by example to have from the beginning Use Cases, go through elaboration/execution of Test Cases.
•    Empowers and delegate into the Dev Team;
•    Ensures that a product meets a clear business, user or technical need, providing subject matter expertise relevant to the technical, business and process requirements of the product and business area;
•    Committed to acquire knowledge in the technical domain of her/him product. At first this knowledge isn’t mandatory but is desirable, but it’s expected that a PO will gain eventually sufficient knowledge;
•    Committed to teamwork;
•    Integrating the concept "think small first”;
•    Assume that perfection is achievable;
•    Having the ability to look away and follow our competitors and the industry;

What are we looking for?
•    Master (Bachelor + Master) degree in Engineer ALL, that have start working as a SW Developer - grade greater than 17.2 is highly appreciated;
•    2 to 5 years of professional experience;
•    Experience in SW Development – Software Programming.
•    Solid understanding of OO principles;
•    Awareness relational databases and their differences;
•    Understanding of HTML, CSS;
•    Being a creative thinker;
•    Energetic, motivated and determined.
