Mission

Be responsible for delivering business value and maximize the value for Neadvance costumers.

Main responsabilities

. Be the main interaction point between Marketing, Costumer Suporte and Technology;

. Understands product/ commercial needs and how these are translated into functional and technical requirements;

. Align with your team on goals and KPIs and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog;

. Work closely with your agile product development team, ensuring that the team delivers effective customer solutions;

. Have end-to-end responsibility by adressing and predicting market needs;

. Work cross-functionally with consultants, designers, and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features;

. Communicates with stakeholders sharing the current roadmap and backlog burn-down.

Main Technical & Soft Skills

Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalente is a plus;

Product Owner certification will be valued;

2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position (e.g., Product Owner, Product Development, Product Lead, Product Manager) with agile methodologies;

Knowledge and/or experience in computer vision, software platforms, low-code platforms and/or industrial automation is a plus;

Experience in defining business and techinical requirements;

Experience in influencing working practice change across analysis and development department;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Customer focus: build and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations;

Curiosity and interest for innovation and technology;

Ability to interact effectively with other teams and be a team player;

Advanced English Level.
