Outscope is looking for a results-driven, customer focused and detail-oriented Product Manager to, reporting directly to the CMO, create products and services that support our growth.

Key Responsabilities

• Conduct competitive and industry in-depth analyses;
• Define product value proposition/positioning;
• Define and manage product roadmap;
• Perform buy vs build business analyses;
• Plan and conduct user testing for new solutions;
• Develop and launch roll-out plans for new products;
• Liaise with engineering team for an effective end-to-end product lifecyle management cycle;
• Make product and services presentations to clients, partners and internal teams;
• Engage and manage customers for feedback;
• Measure & report key product management metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Masters is a plus;
• 1-3 years of professional experience in product management;
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery;
• Exceptional organizing skills and the capability to play multitask comfortably;
• Technical fluency – clear understanding of tech concepts, tradeoffs, and key trends;
• Scrum master training/certification is a plus;
• Fluent in English language;
• Office tools expert level.
