Randstad Professionals is recruiting an IT Product Manager (m/f) for direct integration, in a international software company with offices located in Braga.

The company has 2 remote work days + 3 office days each week.

The team will include Software Engineers and UX Designers.

They are looking for a Product Manager to lead growth initiatives. This professional will understand how to attract readers to their platform and how you keep them engaged.

- Developing and evolving an overall strategy and roadmap.
- Product decisions and outcomes based on analysis and understanding of the business, customers, competitors and market.
- Work in collaboration with other Product Managers and with other stakeholders to reimagine the pricing and packaging of the product.
- Collaborate with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives and ensure successful execution.
- Contact with the customer to ensure solving the problems and create value.
- Key initiatives to deliver the strategy.


requisitos/requirements
- More than 3 years of experience working on a software product as a Product Manager (mandatory requirement).
- Experience on a B2C content platform is valued.
- Good English communication and writing skills (intermediate level is a mandatory requirement).
- Experience working with sales teams and go to market strategies to drive revenue outcomes.
- Focus on delivering user value.
- Ability to solve problems and constraints.
- Ability to manage and work closely with Software Engineers, UX Designers and other stakeholders.
