E-goi is starting a new Artificial Intelligence project and we’re looking for a great Product Manager who can lead the team to achieve great results.
Are you ready to lead our new Artificial Intelligence products, with a focus on marketing, e-commerce and retail?

Responsibilities

- Take operational and strategic decisions on the Artificial Intelligence products, delivering solutions and determining the products roadmap.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the products and business organization to understand their needs and build business use cases 
- Define requirements/wireframes for new feature enhancements, products and services
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, prioritizing all the component related issues so your team is always working on the most impactful projects and overseeing and backlog execution
- Define success criteria & metrics (OKRs and KPIs) for your team's work, and positively impact those metrics
- Deliver innovative, disruptive and impactful Artificial Intelligence products in the Marketing Automation and E-commerce domains

Profile

- Proven track record leading, managing, coaching and developing a team
- Excellent communicator of product decisions and know the rationale behind them with strong knowledge with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Problem solver with organizational skills with the ability to juggle simultaneous tasks and projects in addition to daily “run-sustain” duties
- Able to deal with pressure and experienced using sketches, workflows, wireframes and functional specifications to communicate requirements
- Team-first attitude and have developed techniques to ensure that your team is happy, motivated and productive
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence products, specially in the Marketing Automation and E-commerce domains
- Experience with Agile methodologies and using Jira as a Product Manager
