Need to have:

- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;

- 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on online communities;

- Experience building tools that promote user engagement;

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define key metrics, analyse existing data and identify opportunities to drive new value

- Ability to lead, influence and to align cross-functional stakeholders (design, development, community leaders) to agree and execute on a plan;

- Very strong communication skills in any medium - written, presentation, spoken, sketching, one-on-one;

- Ability to present to all levels of an organization from peers to C-Suite;

- Transparency and ability to establish long lasting trusting and supportive relationships with your team and all other stakeholders.

And know:

- Agile Development methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban);

- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
