What are you going to do?
•    We have a very wide approach to the product designer’s role. This means you will be actively involved in the User Research process to identify target audiences, uncover and prioritize user needs and pain points and from that point on be able to plan the work around delivering a product that answers those needs.
•    This includes making decisions on what type of UX methods to use and when carrying out those activities and reporting back to the broader team in a clear way.
•    We will want you to work collaboratively and adaptively. Making sure you are comfortable with iterating and re-designing in order to better fit the users’ needs and accommodate tech restrictions. However, we believe you should always champion the user and drive the delivery team to push the boundaries when it comes to tech and dev solutions, so we can provide the best overall experience.
•    Once we have a clear shared view on the UX, we expect you to carry out the Interface’s Design, making sure to apply the design system correctly and identifying components that need to be designed, offering solutions for them.
From a UI perspective, you should be able to design very easy and light interfaces that are cohesive on all screens and devices and feel up to date with today's standard.
•    Besides the day to day work, we would like someone that can think and ponder about the overall team's work, participating in design critiques and proactively identifying problems/opportunities and offering solutions.

What are we looking for?
•    Experience within the creative design world, ideally working on mobile applications;
•    Experienced with a variety of user research and customer validation techniques;
•    Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD experience is mandatory;
•    Familiar with prototyping software - used and tested;
•    Resilient;
•    Autonomous;
•    A good collaborator, with an open, approachable style;
•    A good heart and wanting to make a positive, lasting impact in our society;
•    Great communicator and leader being able to interpret, dissect and relay key information;
•    Enough knowledge to be dangerous with UI design.
