We are hiring for a product designer with experience in doing UI/UX for workflow and data heavy platforms, a strong eye for detail and passion to create pixel perfect design. Our team sits across London, Aveiro and Porto. You will work from either one of these offices or remotely.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the overall design of the UI and UX taking initiative and setting the directions of how the UI should be formulated from user research, wireframes to pixel perfect design/engaging user experience ready for engineering team.
• Conducting research activities to help understand user behaviours & needs, and validate any client assumptions (represented through personas, user flows, and user journeys) using this data to identify areas of improvement.
• Use Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and prototyping tools to create responsive wireframes & prototypes and final, high-fidelity designs.
• Build clean design artifacts (flows, journey maps, service blueprints, specs, related documentation) and package, spec, and prep for engineering.
• Obsessively QA developed software for visual perfection, and provide detailed feedback to engineering towards revisions (continuous improvement).
• Comfortable working in an Agile and Scrum setup
• Familiarity / training in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and illustrations preferred
