Description

Role: Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Identify, understand, and document functional requirements and build user stories. Build stories to support new developments (product roadmap) or tickets from delivery. Help design, document and maintain system processes 

Profile: 

• BA/BSc degree or equivalent IT practical experience; 

• 3+ years of experience in similar role; 

• Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other; 

• Experience with software QA tools and processes; 

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer;  

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills; 

• Experience working as a Business Analyst with varied project delivery across banking and IT; 

• ISTQ Certification (is considered a plus); 

• Passion for make things happen and getting excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems at pace; 

• Commitment to deadlines and high quality standards; 

• Proficiency of English.
