Coordinate with the operational teams
Discuss and solve problems in order to solve them.
Implement upgrades of the UAC platform
On call support.

requisitos/requirements
Prior operator experience with Unix/Linux
Check the batch run of previous night in UAC tool
Solve problems and incidents with failed jobs
Coordinate, communicate and discuss problems with the responsible teams in order to resolve them
Coordinate, communicate and discuss problems with the Operational teams (LIST,WIST,STORAGE, etc) in order to resolve them
Familiar with UAC scripts and how to set up the job scheduler with dependencies, special resources, etc.
Implement upgrades of the UAC platform (installing agents, work with Stonebranch on the upgrades to higher versions…)
On call support
English fluent
