About The Challenge:

To help us in this journey, we are looking for curious, talented and motived people with a passion for discovering bottlenecks and converging to innovative solutions in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Together with our clients, we will challenge you to:

• Own and drive end-to-end the implementation of Process Mining technologies;
• Drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining technologies;
• Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each customer to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
• Connect Process Mining platform with the customer's on-premise/ Cloud ERP & IT systems;
• Extract and transform customers' data and load them into the Process Mining platform;
• Design process and customer-specific dashboards, analyses and reports;
• Present implementation results to senior level executives and other customer teams.

About Your Profile

• 2+ years in management / process improvement / technology consulting, professional services, or software services/implementations;
• Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems;
• Hands-on experience on process discovery, data modeling, ETL processes and dashboard visualization;
• Knowledge on Lean and Kaizen methodologies is a strong plus;
• Certification on Celonis is preferred;
• Work and communicate internally and with the customer at all levels, including process owners, engineers, end-users to C-suite;

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field;
• Master's degree preferred.
