What is your mission:
Neotalent is looking for a Problem Manager to join international projects in our Managed Services Digital Unit (full remote or hybrid – in Lisbon or Porto). Responsible to act as SPOC between operations and development teams, follow-up the tickets (PBIs) created, ensuring their implementation, incident analysis with operations and identification of RCA's. 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and work alongside client product teams on continuous improvement in order to deliver value and not just deliver software;
  • Help the Product Owners and the teams to understand their needs and help them improve individually and as a team;
  • Protect the team from external noise and help establish proper communication channels with stakeholders;
  • Help build a safe and trusting environment, where feedback is open, and everyone feels their needs are understood instead of judged;
  • Be involved in team decisions, everyone should be able to contribute to the team regardless of their experience in this industry;
  • Present information for team sprint performance using data visualization techniques;
  • Facilitate and unblock the team and program solutions and strategies to promote business challenges;
  • Collaborate with Program stakeholders, and the remaining delivery teams.


The talent that we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in this role;
  • JIRA knowledge to support progress reporting
  • Knowing concepts to perform business process transformation
  • Experience in IT enterprise solutions and have a solid understanding of state-of-the-art software development
  • Autonomous and with a dynamic attitude;
  • Fluent English.
