descrição da função/job description
To join our presales team based in Lisbon, you will have to provide technical and consultative assistance to sales team in the design of complex contact center solutions, to assist in the completion of RFP, RFI, RFQ as required and to perform technical presentations to customers, partners, and prospects. Participate in Proof of Concept projects. Perform
presentations of deployment methodology and technical best practices. Assist in sales planning and development
strategies. Assist in the development of contact center documents for presales. Assist in knowledge sharing and product improvement cycle with rest of company (product management, R&D, services, etc...). Keep up-to-date on newly released versions of Altitude and 3rd party contact center products. Main focus in Central Europe.


requisitos/requirements
We are looking for:
- Graduates in electronical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5-7 years of experience in designing and selling enterprise applications.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) in mandatory.
- Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in some of the following areas of specialization: Application development, Web frameworks; SaaS/Cloud; VoIP; PBX/ACD; CTI/Contact Center; Database; APIs and Business Application Integration;
- Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with minor supervision.
- Demonstrate ability to implement, drive and track projects.
- Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity. - Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
