Our client is a software product company.

This position is to ensure sales opportunities for products are effectively identified and achieved through technical knowledge and guidance. This position will support the Sales and Marketing teams by providing technical knowledge and awareness of industry and market trends as well as detailed technical knowledge. This position will be involved in the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Thorough technical understanding of all products;

• Effective customer communication and interaction;

• Participate in development of new products and modification of existing products;

• Maintain industry awareness, competitive analysis and internal know-how.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or similar field (Preferably);

• Security Software Experience (Preferably);

• Detailed understanding of Windows Server Environments; 

• Detailed understanding of network environments and client/server communication;

• Understanding of current security threats and solutions.
