What is your mission:

• Deep knowledge of the business process with responsibility of being the business representative during the whole process of management of the business needs by the IT teams.
• Lead the permanent monitoring of the business users satisfaction trough all IT value chain for his area of responsibility, assuring a transparent communication channel with the business areas (Business Relationship Management).
• Assure an efficient Communication & Change Management within IT to support the continuous evolution of the IT Operational Model to align with the business strategic goals.
• Act as the IT “face” to business, demonstrating a proactive attitude, attentive, reliable and available.

The talent that we are looking for:

• Masters / Degree preferably on IT
• Over of 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Sector
• Confident English written and verbal communication skills and experience discussing solutions with clients
• Experience in completing high quality documentation and reporting for internal and client use
• Thorough understanding of customer’s business and insurance sector
• Significant experience of leading and managing teams
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Management or Six Sigma
• Avaible for a temporary substitution at this client (one year estimated), possibility to integrate new projects after this period.
