We are looking for experienced Platform Support Engineer to integrate a project in Braga.

Profile:
- Experience working with enterprise web application production environments with Apache and Tomcat;
- Experience on Linux console and editors;
- Able to work via ticketing system;
- Familiar with web based solutions;
- Basic knowledge about protocols and standards;
- Knowledge of security aspects, cloud based systems and middleware solutions.
- ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus);
- Good communication skills;
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Tools:
- ServiceNow; Wiki; Service Provider Cockpit (SPC); Dynatrace; Splunk; Catchpoint.
