We are looking for a Platform Expert in Process Mining for a project in Lisbon.

Mission: Specialized services of Platform Expert in the context of Process Mining theme of the Intelligent Automation CoE.

Responsibilities:

• Definition and implementation of governance model for Process Mining in a multi-company and multi-geography context;
• Definition and implementation of a service model to make the Celonis platform available to the Business Units, ensuring interaction with the different group areas involved: Infrastructure Management, Security, Architecture and Innovation, Application Management, Incident Management, Change Management, etc.;
• Definition and dissemination of best practices and rules for architecture and process mining;
• Support to teams in the use of the Celonis platform (technical guidelines and frameworks);
• Interaction with Celonis supplier to align product roadmap;
• Celonis EMS administration (e.g., users, permissions, etc.);
• Implement Views, Analysis, Knowledge Models, Action Flows in PoC or MVP model;
• Evaluation of market trends regarding Process Mining specifically and Intelligent Automation in general.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Process Mining, we are looking for a senior candidate with a lot of know-how;
• Have already had contact with projects from scratch;
• Previous experience in Celonis Platform;
• Have good communication skills, as you will interact with several teams and stakeholders;
• Be dynamic and proactive.
