What are you going to do:

We are looking for a PHP Team Manager to join a Novabase's partner project in Lisbon.

The PHP Team Manager will be managing the team in charge of developing standard and bespoke software solutions both for internal and external customers. His/Her primary responsibility is to effectively lead, manage, motivate, develop the skills and professionalism of the Development team, sharing his PHP expertise with the team

What we value:

• University Degree (Software Engineering or Computer Science preferably);
• At least 3 years of experience in team management;
• Experience in PHP development;
• Experience in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symphony);
• Knowledge of JIRA, Git (Bitbucket), Docker;
• Familiar with Agile Project Methodology (e.g. SCRUM);
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
