You will be integrated into our team, where you will work with experts in Solutions & Enterprise Architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;

• Knowledge of Windows administrative tools for performance analysis (EventViewer, Performance Counters, Debug Diag, Windbg)

• Knowledge of Dynatrace and its use for problem diagnosis;

• Experience in programming or diagnosing application problems involving Java and .Net;

• Basic knowledge of relational databases from the point of view of performance diagnostics (indices, cache memory, datafiles, fragmentation,....);

• Passion for solving technical IT problems involving software;

• Availability to travel to other locations when required;

• Good level of English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have: 

• Performance Tuning Oracle or SQL Server or PostgreSQL  (database knowledge, from a user point of view)

Responsibilities:

• Support in the planning, preparation and execution of performance tests (Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume testing, Capacity Testing, Reliability/Recovery Testing, Scalability Testing), analysis of results and indication of improvements

• Analysis of the workflow functions of distributed solutions, in order to improve the evoked services, not only in the reduction of invocations to the central system, but also to other types of repositories

• Analysis with the Delivery team of digital and core platform applications and identification of improvements

• Support in identifying and improving the Apdex score of the applications

• Support and collaboration in the implementation of the Performance by Design program
