Responsabilities:
Noesis is seeking a Performance Consultant, for that unique professional who thrives on solving problems and is excited about taking on new challenges. There is the need for a capacity to keep up with new technology and support of a transformation program. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective time management, and unbeatable customer service with exceptional communication skills
Analysis with the Delivery team of digital and core platform applications and identification of improvements
Provide triage skills for web based low code platforms.
Identify critical issues, prioritize, and respond to tickets to ensure SLAs are met

Tasks:
Experience in programming or diagnosing application problems involving Java
Knowledge of administrative tools for performance analysis like Performance Counters, Debug Diag, Windbg,...
Basic knowledge of relational databases from the point of view of performance diagnostics like datafiles, fragmentation,...
Technical experience in support in Appian or other low code platforms
Work Model: Hybrid
