Peoplesoft - Business Analyst @ Findmore

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Stream lead and senior expertise to provide functional expertise to technical teams;
• Continuous improvement: identify recurring issues and propose permanent fix;
• Upskill end users to enable them to provide the L1 support to the Finance community 30% Analysis of Business requirements and Design solutions;
• Support users in their requirements definition;
• Participate in the core design definition;
• Carry out the analysis of the business requirements raised by countries in terms of feasibility, operability and fit to the Core design;
• Provide support to the Finance team in their analysis of the countries requirements impact on the system;
• Carry out design cross tools, provide an overall design;
• Perform functional specification.

Main Technical Requirements:

•5 years’ experience in an international Peoplesoft – FSCM project environments;
•Strong knowledge of Peoplesoft on main process: Purchase to Pay;
Order to Cash, Accountign and reporting;
•Good Knowledge on Project costing, Travel and Expenses which covers the modules Expenses EX, Asset Management AM;
•Strong knowledge of Accounting and Controlling business processes;
•Good knowledge of SQL;
•Proven experience - 5+ years in analysing business requirements and designing solutions;
•‘Pack office fluent’ (especially on xls and ppt).

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•International Environment;
•English mandatory.
