What are you going to do?
• Manage and lead the activities of the Electric Vehicle Power Electronics Validation Lab;
• Develop and execute validation plans and test protocols for electric vehicle power electronics systems;
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of test equipment, tools, and instrumentation;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations;
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the lab;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of test results and findings;
• Manage lab resources and budget to ensure optimal use of resources.

 

What are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred;
• 5+ years of experience in power electronics testing and validation, preferably in the automotive industry;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Experience with design and validation of electric vehicle power electronics systems;
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards and regulations;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Knowledge of test equipment, tools, and instrumentation used in power electronics testing and validation.
