We present you Aptiv, a multinational company in the automotive sector that are shaping the future of mobility. In order to improve and make mobility works in a safer and connected way they are looking for a PCB Assembly Lead Process. You will be responsible to provide technical leadership across sites in PCB assembly area, develop expertise in all elements of assembly bill or process (BoP), support development and deployment of assembly materials and equipment and development and improve assembly process documentation.

We need your expertise in…

Electronics material properties and specifications, project management, green belt certification or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes. Should have good leadership skills, English proficiency (spoken and written) and willingness to travel (may be up to 25% of your work time). Academic background in Materials, Mechanical Engineer or similar.
