Main responsabilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and exclusively post all global accounts transactions;
- Active participation in improvement and efficiency projects;
- Reconcile accounts & maintain and clear accounts;
- Processing payments/invoices and clear open items;
- Control the level of overdue of the costumers/vendors;
- Resolve customers/vendors payment related queries;
- Manage disputes and deductions;
- Active participation in improvement and efficiency projects;
- Continuous development-technical knowledge and soft skills-through a personal develpment plan



requisitos/requirements
-Bachelor's degree;
- Completed apprenticeship or initial job experience in related field;
- Fluency in written and spoken english;
- Fluency in written and spoken german (mandatory);
- Willing to learn, to colaborate and to develop new skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Team player, quality-and service-oriented;
- Highly motivated and flexible
