Your Mission… Should you accept it

Leading a development team is no easy task we know it. However, we will help you to succeed. We count on your expertise (or will to learn) to establishes a technical vision with the development team and works with developers to turn it into reality.

Your profile

• A person with passion, motivation, willingness to grow and to foster growth of his / her teammates;
• Your experience with OutSystems;
• Your experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL), will let you grasp what’s behind the scene;
• Your comfort with Agile methodologies;
• Certifications are welcomed, but not mandatory;
• If you feel that you are not a perfect match, do not worry, we will love to talk with you anyway.
