DMSTI - Desarrollo de Medios y Sistemas is recruiting an OutSystems Engagement Manager (M/F) to join the team of our client, a consulting company specialized in Outsystems with focus is on delivering high quality solutions, fast application delivery and increase efficiency and time to market operating in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science;
• 5+ years of experience in technical projects management and delivery with Agile methodologies;
• Experience in web application delivery and process design;
• Fluent English, spoken and written;
• Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
• High level of creativity and ability to think-outside-the-box;
• Willing to travel;

Your role:

• Guarantee the understanding of customers’ needs and drivers;
• Act as the main driver of the client relationship and establish the bridge between the business and the team according to the project needs;
• Ensure team work, commitment and expectations alignment;
• Ensure strong program management practices;
