Job brief

We are looking for an Outsystems Delivery Manager to join our IT department and will be responsible for providing top notch technical and delivery assurance in our demanding and challenging projects. You will be supported by our expert senior talent to learn and grow and will be expected to support, teach and help grow our associate talent and development teams.

Responsabilities

• Translate business requirements into viable and scalable applications; 
• Design and build a functional and technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers; 
• Design third-party integrations, being the technical point of contact; 
• Responsible for solution non-functional requirements, like, solution performance, scalability and security; 
• Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs; ; 
• Guarantee quality procedures and OutSystems behaviors. 
• Sizes features and assigns work; 
• Supports feature delivery demos;
• Manages solution staging life-cycle, conducting QA and production deployments, supporting overall solution rollout procedures. 

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• 2 or more years of experience in OutSystems;
• Previous experience with object-oriented programming;
• Good communication skills in English, spoken and written (compulsory requirement);
• Availability to travel.
