Mission:

Altran is searching for a OSS Technical Project Manager (W/M) for Lisbon.

 Profile:

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering discipline (Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications etc);
• Networking experience with focus on server interconnections and data aggregation into / from database structures, such as Oracle databases, SQL databases, Mongo DB, Cassandra DB;
• Experience working in development teams focused on responding to functional requirements on distributed server systems running internally developed applications;
• Experience in plain Linux based product deployment in Linux environments;
• Experience in VNF based software deployment;
• Experience in Ericsson OSS-RC and ENS, Cramer, TeMIP (NMS) and WoW;
• Good knowledge of networks, telecommunications, IT landscape (Know-how of 2G/3G/4G/5G network architecture);
• Certification in Agile/ITIL and PM certifications (PMI/PMP) are considered as a plus;
• Stakeholder management and proven ability to operate within a geographically dispersed matrix organization;
• Proven abilities to persuade and influence others using a variety of communication styles;
• High degree of flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
