Mission:

Provide solutions to problems that have been reported by customers according to established processes and contracted Service Level Agreements.

Key tasks and activities:

  • E2E ownership of CSR investigation and progress;
  • Handle the customer support ticket;
  • Be able to obtain necessary logs or request them;
  • Be able to isolate fault related to specific subsystem;
  • Support Problem Management function to identify and classify problems with big operational or business impact;
  • Troubleshoot complex issues/ CSRs;
  • Monitor the progress of the case until the solution is provided;
  • Be able to load patch/ correction in the customer node;
  • Evaluate and write Root Cause Analysis for outages or issues not detected by the service;
  • Take corrective actions in case SW loading is unsuccessful.

 

Profile:

- Degree in Telecommunications or relevant experience for the function;

- More than five years of experience;

- Knowledge with OSS-RC is mandatory ;

- Organized and fully compromised with the activity needs;

- Dynamic and good communicator;

- Team spirit;

- Fluent in English.
