Mission

- Analyze, investigate and solve the technical issues indicated by upgrades/Services

- Deliver to the customers the appropriate services for their networks. These may be :

• Installation and commissioning of Netact
• Integration of new NE in Netact
• Upgrading current Netact version

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Guarantee the highest satisfaction level of the customer

• Start, execute and complete Netact upgrades and I&C.
• If necessary, coordinate with product expert
• Able to develop or update HLD and LLD

Profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar;
• Having worked as Software Implementation specialist
• Experience with Linux OS, preferably RHEL 6.x & 7.x.
• Experience with installation and troubleshooting of web-based enterprise level Linux based software applications.
• Know-how of telecom domain – network elements, 3G/4G network architecture, etc.
• Hands on experience on any 1 scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl)
• Experience in Java based Software products install and finishing workable product deployment.
• Experience software product install in Weblogic, JBOSS
• Experience in plain Linux based product deployment in Linux environments.
• Experience in VNF based software deployment
• Experience in Cloud infra, OpenStack, VMWare, AWS
• Add-on: Hands on networking -- not hardcode n/w engineer/specialist; IP routing, Gateway, IP config
• Database install, config, running SQLs, backups,
• Sense of responsibility;
• Pro-activity and dynamism;
• Good knowledge of English.
