About the role

This person will be responsible to implement, change and support processes for the Cloud Services Operations to meet KPIs and quality of service for all costumers.

What are the challenges for this role?

This person would be responsible to implement the configurations requests, guarantee the execution of tests after implementations, participate in risk assessments process and post implementations reviews, improve actions, participate in the resolution of problems.

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in operating Linux systems (preferably RedHat or CentOS);

Good knowledge of lP network;

Good knowledge of Oracle Database or others;

Experience with monitorization tools (Centrix, Zabbix);

Experience with Citrix administration is preferable;

Knowledge in automation tools and CI/CD processes;

Good communication skills, specially in English;

Academic background in IT, Telecommunications or related area.
