What skills do you need to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Retail Developer, with hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Retail applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PL/SQL, Java, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Retail modules (e.g., RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM) and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oracle Retail certifications are a plus.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with business analysts, functional users, and technical teams to understand requirements and design effective solutions within the Oracle Retail suite.
• Develop, test, and maintain Oracle Retail applications and customizations to meet business needs, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Customize and configure Oracle Retail Merchandising module (MOM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with the IT team and vendors as needed.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle Retail product releases and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide support and guidance to junior developers as needed.
