Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Ticketing, Incident, Problem and Change Management support in a large enterprise environment;
•Creation and improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation;
•Production of report and KPI on demand using Oracle SQL.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle Databases and SQL, PLSQL programming;
•Solid knowledge in Linux Red Hat OS management;
•Experience in application administration;
•Ability to ensure and maintain high availability and regulatory application;
•Ability to configure and monitor services on pre-production and production servers;
•Technical writing skills, to write the documentation according to internal process;
•Ability to assist Test team: File integrations, analyze ,KPI;
•Applicative user management;
•Working experience in Microsoft Windows management;
•Experience with shell scripting languages;
•Knowledge of managing supported Middleware & Applications;
•Middleware servers installation, configuration, and administration, preferable JBOSS;
•Experience with Netreveal software is a plus.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Motivated to learn the functional of AML;
•Ease of mastering data models.
