Description
Dellent is a portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and telecommunication services, and we are looking for a person that will join the operation applications support team (ITIL L1 to L3).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will conduct the daily troubleshooting, solution monitoring & analysis activities to assure CIAS solutions stability, availability and performance;
- You will act as application operations engineer (for ITIL L1 and L2) and during incident management
- You will act as application maintenance (L2 & L3) engineer during problem management;
- You will participate on the 24*7 on-call/support team (according the monthly calendar shift).
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge on Object Oriented Programming Language;
- Knowledge with integration tools ESB;
- Knowledge with relational and non-relational databases;
- Scripting, command line and operating systems administration knowledge;
- Systems Integration and communication technologies – SOAP, REST, JDBC, FTP, HTTP/S, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, TCP and Telnet;
- ITIL and Agile methodologies knowledge.
