Who you are:

- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Engineering (or similar);

- More than 2 years’ Operations experience, preferably with Cloud technologies and Cloud storage;

- Adaptive to changing priorities and - work conditions;

- Ability to operate in a complex environment with many stakeholders;

- Fluent English speaker.

Required experience:

- Basic knowledge of ITIL service management processes.

- Previous experience working in (scrum) teams applying an agile way of working and combining development with operations;

- In OutSystems, and in working closely together with developers, testers;

- Strong affinity with development tools and programming languages like SQL Server, JavaScript and ASP.Net;

- Excellent real-time troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

- Understanding of Architecture and Design Applications and Cloud technologies;

- Track record in automation process of cloud applications for development, deployment or operations.
