What are you going to do:
We are looking for a Team Leader for a support team. This professional will be responsible for team leading, interaction with the client, handle support tickets submitted by the end users, respond to end users’ querys about the solution and the results it produces and follow Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management processes. 

What we value:

•    Bachelors or master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecommunications and Informatics Engineering;
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in application support;
•    Experience in Oracle SQL (mandatory);
•    Experience in Java, Weblogic (mandatory);
•    Responsible, dynamic and proactive
•    Good communication skills;
•    English: good level.
