We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer focused on 3rd line costumer support to integrate a project in Porto.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot all incidents;
- Ensure that all stakeholder communication and updates are aligned;
- Update the knowledge base and existing documentation;
- Support the execution of change management activities;
- On call support.
Who you are:
- Familiar with Unix administration, Shell Script and SQL;
- Familiar with the concepts of an ITIL process;
- Able to prevent and diagnose for client and system issues;
- Familiar with continuous integration and Continuous delivery (CI/CD);
- Experienced with Java and ReactJS;
- An excellent communicator, capable of working both individually and with the team;
- Capable of dealing with diferent contexts, teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Troubleshooting and code fixing;
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts;
- Knowledge of Weblogic;
- Knowledge of Jenkins.
