We are looking for someone who will be eager to learn and who can go outside their comfort zone.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- General bookkeeping, paying salaries, taxes, booking travel, etc;
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
- Taking meetings minutes;
- General HR management, which includes on-boarding new employees;
- You will be helping recruit our team, setup up interviews, screening and calling candidates.
You Must Have:
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
- Ability to work with computers, and new software;
- University Degree in the areas of Management, Finance, Human Resources, etc.;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
