Who will be your team?

You will be integrated in our BackOffice team where you will work with our different departments within multiple locations.

 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this job position will be held remotely until further notice. We will not be 100% remote in the future however we will be flexible. Our offices are located in Almada Business Center.

 

Requirements:

  • A high school degree or a bachelor degree with additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary or Human Resources or similar.

  • Between 1-5 years of experience in a similar position. 

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). 

  • Experience working with Agile tools and Google Workspace. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferable). 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper functioning and logistics of the entire office;
  • Ensure that travel, stays and other necessary procedures (e.g. visas) for business travels.

  • Interacting and negotiation with suppliers:

  • Organisation of internal documentation;

  • Support in the organisation of events;

  • Support other departments (Marketing, Financial, Human Resources);

  • Management of Microsoft and Office licenses.
