Job brief

We are looking for a Office 365 and Exhange Consultantto join our IT departmentwho you will work on billable engagements to design, develop, and implement solutions by using standard or new methods, techniques and top IT innovative solutions.Assignments range in complexity from basic analysisand problem solvingto developingrecommendations for complete business solutions or technical applications. Consultant works as trusted advisors providing guidancethat consistently deliver high client value. Lisbon based project that can include from 50% to 75% of project time in EMEA customerssites.

Responsabilities

• Analyze business and userrequirements
• Translate business requirements into functional architecture
• Create detailed design and architecturedocumentation
• Maintain and report on service delivery and project status
• Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with business strategy
• Support project management team and other consultantsin the planning, management, and delivery of customer engagements
• Create, maintain, and update document templates, architecture, and standards
• Contribute to offering development and written proposals
• Support sales teams with effort estimation, proposal creation and/or review, and other pre-sales activities
• Coordinate and hand over repeatable processes to remote service teams
• Assist with end user and technical administrator training, where needed

Requirements

• BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification
• Proficient in designing and configuring Exchange Server 2013/2016 on-premises/hybrid scenarios and Office 365(including migration scenarios).
• At least 4 to 5 years of experiencein the area.
• Experience designing, planning, and deployingworkloads within the Microsoft Office 365 platform
• Successful deployment and/or migration experience
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering complex IT solutions
• Ability to work independently and stay organized when assigned to multiple projectsconcurrently
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team-orientedenvironment
• A professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners and peers
• Demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective
• Ability to develop architecture design deliverablesthat map customer business requirements to solutions and technologies
