Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.  We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Working part as a technology leader and part as a line manager.

• Responsible for a team of 5 Developers.

• One-on-One meeting, feedback, point of contact between client and development team, responsible for delivering and managing expectations, project presentations, assisting in hiring and training process, preparing periodical reports, making recommendations for technological changes, collecting data about client response or complaints or satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas;

• 5+ years professional experience developing Node.js or React.js web applications;

• Knowledge with React or Next or Typescript or AWS (nice to have);

• Past experience as team manager/leader;

• Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory).
