Stefanini is hiring Lisbon-based consultants experienced with NodeJs development to join one of our clients.

This is a hybrid role requiring working from the office for one or two days per week.

As a Node.js expert, you will operate within the scrum team. Together with your team, you contribute to the goals of the customer. You never lose the customer focus out of sight. Our work environment is open and informal. We’re considering candidates with a get-it-done mindset and passionate about technological innovations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js and Node.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Connecting react components to Microservices and backend data.

Role Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including Node.Js and Express framework
• Strong TypeScript knowledge is required.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6 or ES7)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPMetc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirement
• Experience of working in Agile project.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Availability to travel to Holland during 1 or 2 weeks per year.
