Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Networks Technician for direct integration in a startup with offices located in Porto.

descrição da função/job description
- Design VLAN and WLAN network deployment plans suitable for different types of existing infrastructure
- Perform network performance troubleshooting, identifying bottlenecks to ensure the efficiency of the services provided
- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
- Provide technical customer support to ensure service availability
- Collaborate with our customers' IT department and support network installation and validation
- Source & Validate network hardware equipment (Routers, Switches, Access points, etc)
- Regular visits to our customers' facilities
- Collaborate with the teams responsible for installing and configuring the network


requisitos/requirements
- Proven experience as a network technician or related relevant position (+1 years)
- Proven experience in configuring wired and wireless networks for multiple devices
- Good diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of LAN/VLAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Experience writing activity and intervention reports
- BSc/BA in computer science, computer engineering or Professional Technical Training with Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP), or Check Point CCSA certification (preferred)
